Low risk pregnancy package
This package includes the following ultrasound scan types:
- First trimester assessment (Option A or B)
Option A (two visits):
- 10+0-11+0 weeks: Early pregnancy scan + Harmony at the OneWelbeck Women’s Health Clinic (30 mins) AND
- 12+0-13+6 weeks: First trimester assessment, including nuchal, mini-anomaly + screening for pre-eclampsia (30 mins)
Option B (one visit):
- 12-13+6 weeks: First trimester assessment including nuchal, mini-anomaly + screening for pre-eclampsia + Harmony at the OneWelbeck Women’s Health Clinic/screening for Down's Syndrome (60 mins)
PLUS
- Remote consultation to discuss results of screening tests (15 mins)
- Second trimester fetal anomaly scan + screening for premature birth (cervical length scan) at 20 weeks (45 mins)
- Growth and fetal dopplers at 32 weeks (30 mins)

This package is designed for women with one baby and with risk factors which increase the chance of fetal growth restriction. This includes (the list is not exhaustive) the following;
- High risk of pre-eclampsia or fetal growth restriction on first trimester screening assessment
- Previous stillbirth, baby with birthweight <10th centile or pre-eclampsia
- Maternal age >40yrs
- Maternal medical conditions including (diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease)
- Smoker >10/day or cocaine use
- Maternal body-mass-index (BMI) of < 19 kg/m2
- History of recurrent bleeding in first trimester.
Singleton pregnancy-high risk preterm birth package

This package is designed for women with one baby and with risk factors which increase the chance of spontaneous premature delivery. This includes (but the list is not exhaustive) the following;
- Previous spontaneous preterm birth or preterm rupture of the membranes (PPROM) at 16-36 weeks’ gestation.
- History of cone excision or LLETZ or trachelectomy.
- History of cerclage or progesterone in previous pregnancy (irrespective of whether delivery was at term)
- Cerclage in-situ.
- Congenital uterine anomaly.
- Previous caesarean section at full dilatation.
